EFL Ltd is one of East Anglia’s most established specialist roofing contractors, working both locally and nationally on a range of projects including new build, restoration and refurbishment projects. We work with many clients and architects across the construction industry, including the residential, ecclesiastic and commercial sectors.  We work as both main and subcontractors allowing our perspective clients to have us take care of the complete project or come in as a sub contracting basis.

We have a wide range of service which cover almost the entire roofing sector- Pitched roofing, lead work and roofing, metal roofing and cladding including zinc copper and aluminium, flat roofing, roofing carpentry and construction, roofline services as well as bespoke leadwork services including lead downpipes and castings. We are a proud family owned and run company with a very tight knit team of high skilled craftsman, many of whom have been with us most of their working lives. We are extremely proud of each and every one of them, their work makes us what we are, you only have to look at their work in our gallery to see how skilled they are. We have invested heavily in our employees through training and accreditations and our employee retention speaks for itself.

We have a particular specialism in listed and heritage buildings having completed projects on listed properties all the way up to scheduled ancient monuments for many organisations such as National Trust, Diocese of Ely, Diocese of Norwich, Catholic church, Historic England, English Heritage and many more. We work a lot alongside our sister building company Greystone and Mason who specialise in Historic and listed building works.
